So one day, my brother and I were long boarding around the neighborhood and as we were rolling down the hill, our wheels started spinning too.....I'm talking about our ideas. My brother Fermin and I are fitness enthusiasts, which means....we love working out.......A LOT! =) Long boarding uses a lot of cardio, upper and lower body strength, and core. We did a workout that day with our boards, and we were drenched! After that, we said, "it's not fair if we're the only one's doing this" =) so we decided to start this blog and share our long board workouts with you.
So why long board workouts? It's quite simple, we love boarding, working out, and living life! Is there anything else? =)
This is more of a hobby for the both of us, but we promise to give you some great workouts so that you can look good on that longboard of yours! =)
